Before entering private practice, Andrew worked as a judicial clerk for Judge Robert M. Gross of the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, and as a Critical Skills Legal Instructor at Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova Southeastern University.
While in law school at the George Washington University Law School, Andrew served on the Law Review as a Notes Editor. He also participated in the School’s Moot Board Program. As an undergraduate at Florida State University, Andrew was a recipient of an Academic Scholarship, majored in Criminology and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Andrew was born in West Palm Beach and grew up in New Jersey. He is married to Adele Small Harris, a trust, estates, and probate attorney in Palm Beach County. Andrew and Adele reside in Palm Beach Gardens with their human daughters, Anne and Alexandra, and their canine daughter, Arlie. Andrew is most proud of being a #girldad to all three of his strong and sassy daughters.
